Working with Kanch on my wedding dress was a great experience. Kanch is such a warm and lovely person who immediately put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. Most importantly, she really listened to me and worked with me to design a beautiful dress that truly reflected everything I wanted. The dress felt very "me" and Kanch worked really hard to make sure I was happy and comfortable with everything, every step of the way. For me, it was very much an interactive design process. I learnt quickly that communication during the process is of vital importance. Working with Kanch really allowed us to generate new ideas on both sides, which ultimately resulted in the synergy of the process. A designer brings lots of input and creativity to the process and it results in one-off pieces that you both love. The whole process resulted in me picking a dress type that I would never have thought would suit my body.
